We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Anguline Research Archives. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.

Goods Faulty on Arrival

Anguline Research Archives offer an unconditional exchange policy on any faulty CDs purchased from us. In the unlikely event your CD is faulty on receipt, please contact us within thirty days to exchange for the same title.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your CDs were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. Once the damaged CDs are received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement.

If you have changed your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your CDs, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 7 days from receipt.
The CDs must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us.
Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense.
Once CDs are received at Anguline Research Archives, we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods.

Upgrades :

Anguline Research Archives believes in the concept of value for money, this extends to upgrading our data cds from time to time. Any customer who has purchased a cd from us that has been upgraded is eligble to receive free of charge a replacement upgraded cd.

No refunds given on Digital Downloads.
If a customer experiences download problems Anguline Research Archives reserve the right to supply the file on CD if we are unable to solve the issue.
